VN Beauty Spa Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions
Welcome to VN Beauty Spa Monthly Membership Program! By enrolling in the membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fee
● The monthly membership fee is $25, charged on the same day each month.
● Membership is auto-renewable unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
● A one-time sign-up fee of $99 is required at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.

2. Membership Benefits
● 20% Discount on All Head Spa Services: Members receive a 20% discount on all head spa treatments, including scalp massages, hair treatments, and related services.
● 15% Discount on All Facial Services: Members enjoy a 15% discount on all facial treatments and services offered by the spa.
● Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or gift certificates.

3. Membership Duration & Renewal
● The membership is valid for one month from the date of enrollment and will renew automatically each month.
● You may cancel your membership at any time by providing a written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be done via email or in person.

4. Billing and Payments
● Payments are charged on a monthly basis, on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
● All payments are non-refundable and cannot be prorated for partial months.
● Membership may be suspended if payment is not made on time. If payment is overdue by more than 14 days, membership will be terminated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
● The $99 sign-up fee is non-refundable.
● Membership can be canceled at any time. However, the $25 monthly membership fee is non-refundable once processed.
● Discounts are applied only to active members; if your membership is canceled or suspended, you will no longer be eligible for the discounts.

6. Changes to Terms
● VN Beauty Spa reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or on VN Beauty Spa’s website.

7. Use of Services
● Membership benefits and discounts can only be used by the primary member and are non-transferable.
● Discounts apply to services only and do not apply to retail products, taxes, or gratuities.
● Discounts may not be applied to services provided by external providers or special events.

8. Health and Safety
● Members must disclose any known allergies or health concerns before receiving any service.
● VN Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse service if any health or safety concerns are present.

9. Liability
● VN Beauty Spa is not liable for any injuries, damages, or other incidents that may occur during or after your services. By enrolling in the membership, you release VN Beauty Spa from any such claims.
