Spa Terms and Conditions
Welcome to VN Beauty Spa! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and consistent experience for all our clients, we ask that you review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments
● Booking: Appointments are required for all services and must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
● Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time, and the full service fee will still apply.
● Cancellations: We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of the spa.
● Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Payment and Pricing
● Pricing: Prices for services are listed on our website or can be obtained by contacting the spa. Prices are subject to change without notice.
● Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Zelle, credit cards, and debit cards.
● Gratuities: Gratuities for spa services are not included in the service price and are appreciated by our therapists. Tips are given at your discretion.
● Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any spa service or retail product. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Health & Safety
● Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions.
● Intoxication: For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
● Age Restrictions: Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult for any treatment. Some services may have age restrictions; please inquire when booking.

4. Spa Etiquette
● Cell Phones: To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that you turn off or silence your mobile phone during your visit.
● Behavior: We ask all clients to respect the spa environment and our staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
● Quiet Zone: For the relaxation of all clients, please keep noise to a minimum in common areas.

5. Personal Belongings
● Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please leave valuables at home or in a secured location.
● Dress Code: You will be provided with a robe or attire appropriate for your service. During treatments, our therapists will ensure your comfort and privacy.

6. Spa Packages and Memberships
● Package Validity: Spa packages must be used within a specified period, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Unused treatments in a package may not be carried over.
● Memberships: Memberships are billed monthly and may include discounts and special offers. Membership fees are non-refundable, and terms of cancellation vary depending on the plan. Please review your membership contract for specific details.

7. Liability and Release
● Liability: We are not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss incurred during your visit to the spa. By booking an appointment, you agree to release VN Beauty Spa from any claims related to injury, loss, or other incidents that may occur during or after your treatment.
● Health Disclosure: You are responsible for providing accurate health information. If you fail to disclose health conditions or restrictions, we are not liable for any resulting complications or injuries.

8. Changes to Terms
● Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and may take effect immediately.

9. Privacy Policy
● Confidentiality: Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. Your treatment and health information will remain private unless you provide written consent to share it.
